Hello HHBH Playschool Parents!
I am Michele Hargreaves. I'm thrilled to be part of this journey with your little learners. As a mother of four, I deeply understand the precious nature of early childhood, and as an experienced Early Learning Educator with two decades in the field, my goal is to create a warm and enriching environment that nurtures growth and curiosity.
In my 20 years of experience, I've had the privilege of crafting programs that focus on the creative process and encouraging positive life skills. What makes this journey so fulfilling for me is the diverse range of program styles I've been a part of – from owning and operating programs to consulting on various educational initiatives. This versatility has equipped me with a well-rounded approach to early childhood education, ensuring that your child receives a holistic and engaging learning experience.
Beyond the playschool setting, my passion for exploration has taken me to 22 countries, enriching my perspective on education and allowing me to contribute to a global understanding right here in our playschool community. I had the honor of serving as an International Practicum Supervisor in Guyana, South America, where I played a role in building and supporting child care development.
Outside our playschool, my husband and I share a love for creating interactive events with music and games as Event/Wedding DJs, this is a hobby that has become something very fulfilling for our need to travel and adventure.
I firmly believe in promoting growth mindsets and creating an appealing and effective playschool environment that cultivates a love for lifelong learning. Your child's journey is unique, and my commitment is to make it enriching, engaging, and memorable.

Ms. Anthea, Level 1 with a Fine Art Degree
This marks the beginning of my eighth year of teaching preschool, and the start of my fourth year at HHBH Play- school. I am passionate about play based learning and I believe my degree in Fine Art forms the basis of my creative and imaginative approach with children. In addition to my degree I also have a Teaching Second Language Certificate, which helps support English language learners.
My joy is to take time with each child, to know them and support them, in their learning where ever they may be on that journey. It is a delight to be partnered with Ms. Diana and Ms. Nancy and I look forward to all the fun things we have planned for your children this school year.
When I'm not at preschool you can find me in the neighborhood with my husband and 3 adult children. We also have one small dog: you may see us out walking if you live nearby. In my free time I like to cook, read, and walk with friends.
